1. Service Overview
By using our fuel delivery service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our service provides on-site fuel delivery to eligible vehicles and approved containers within our service area.
2. Pricing & Payment
Fuel is billed at retail price plus a per-gallon markup. Once gas is pumped, we will automatically charge the card on file the cost of the fuel service.
Additional delivery or membership fees may apply depending on your plan.
Payment must be made through approved methods at the time of delivery or as part of your membership subscription.
3. Membership Plans
Membership benefits (such as priority scheduling, waived delivery fees, or coverage for multiple vehicles) apply only while your account is active and in good standing.
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis and may be canceled at any time unless otherwise specified.
Promotions or discounts are subject to change without notice.
4. Delivery Policy
Deliveries are available only within our approved service areas.
Customers must ensure vehicles and gas cans are parked in safe, legal, and accessible locations.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule delivery due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, outside of service area or restricted access.
5. Fuel Handling & Liability
Fuel will only be dispensed into vehicles or approved containers.
We are not responsible for any damage that comes up after using our service or resulting from customer-provided containers or unsafe storage.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are compatible with the type of fuel ordered.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If an appointment is cancelled within an hour of set time or does a no show, customer will be charged a $20 fee.
A $20 fee will apply automatically to the card on file for last-minute cancellations or failed deliveries due to inaccessible vehicles.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for reliable service, we are not liable for indirect damages (loss of time, lost income, etc.) caused by delays, cancellations, or service interruptions.
Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the fuel and service provided for the specific delivery in question.
8. Customer Conduct
Customers must provide accurate information (location, fuel type, vehicle details) at the time of order.
Misuse of the service or violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of service.
We do have the right to cancel or deny an appointment/subscription at anytime.
9. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
