At TapFuel LLC, we strive to provide reliable and convenient fuel delivery services. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Fuel Purchases

All fuel sales are final once delivery has been completed and verified.

Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used fuel.

If there is an error in the type or amount of fuel delivered due to our mistake, TapFuel LLC will issue a full or partial refund, or provide corrective service at no additional cost.
2. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable once a delivery attempt has been made.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an error on our part, the delivery fee will be refunded in full.
3. Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership and subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.

Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time, and service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Pro-rated refunds are not provided for early cancellations.
4. Service Issues

If you experience a service-related issue (such as delayed delivery, incorrect fueling, or service not rendered), please contact us within 48 hours of the incident.

Refunds or service credits will be issued on a case-by-case basis.
