Refund Policy

At TapFuel LLC, we strive to provide reliable and convenient fuel delivery services. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Fuel Purchases

  • All fuel sales are final once delivery has been completed and verified.

  • Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used fuel.

  • If there is an error in the type or amount of fuel delivered due to our mistake, TapFuel LLC will issue a full or partial refund, or provide corrective service at no additional cost.

2. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once a delivery attempt has been made.

  • If a delivery cannot be completed due to an error on our part, the delivery fee will be refunded in full.

3. Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Membership and subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.

  • Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time, and service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Pro-rated refunds are not provided for early cancellations.

4. Service Issues

  • If you experience a service-related issue (such as delayed delivery, incorrect fueling, or service not rendered), please contact us within 48 hours of the incident.

  • Refunds or service credits will be issued on a case-by-case basis.
