Effective Date: [09/21/2025] -Scheduling All fuel deliveries must be booked in advance through our app, website, or customer service line. Same-day or urgent deliveries may be subject to availability and an additional fee. -Service Area Deliveries are available only within our designated service zones. Orders outside these zones may be declined or incur an additional mileage charge. -Vehicle Access Customers must ensure their vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible location at the scheduled time. We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access (e.g., gated communities, parking garages, or blocked vehicles). Will be charged $20 automatically to the card on file. -Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made less than 1 hours prior will be subject to a $20 cancellation charge automatically to the card on file. Customers may reschedule deliveries at no charge if done within the notice period. -No-Show Policy If our driver arrives and is unable to access or fuel the vehicle, the delivery will be marked as a no-show and a $20 fee will apply. -Payment Payment must be completed at the time of booking or upon delivery via approved payment methods. Once gas is pumped, we will automatically charge the card on file the cost of the fuel service All prices are subject to fuel market rates plus applicable delivery or service fees. -Liability We are not responsible for any pre-existing or post damage or mechanical issues with the vehicle. Our responsibility is limited strictly to safe delivery of fuel to the vehicle’s tank.
